Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply to the AI assistant services provided by Generalagentic.eu ("General Agentic", "we"), Stockholm, Sweden. They govern use by our business customers ("Customer") and their authorised users. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where it differs from these terms.
1. The service
We set up and run AI assistants that work with the Customer's chosen tools and data, such as email, file storage and WhatsApp. The assistant can:
- search, summarise and organise information
- prepare drafts and documents
- track tasks
- run scheduled routines
We agree the exact scope with each Customer.
2. Accounts and authorisation
- The Customer confirms it has the right to connect each account it connects (for example a mailbox or file storage), and to let the assistant process the data in it.
- The Customer is responsible for informing its employees and contractors whose data the assistant processes.
- Users must keep their login details and devices secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. AI output and approvals
The assistant uses AI models and can make mistakes. Its output is support for human decisions, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. By default, the assistant drafts messages and waits for a user's approval before sending anything to third parties. If the Customer grants standing permission for certain messages, the Customer is responsible for those messages.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe other people's rights
- send spam
- access accounts you aren't authorised to use
- attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
We may suspend use that puts the service, other customers or third parties at risk.
5. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties, including Google, Meta (WhatsApp), Dropbox, our hosting provider and AI model providers. Their terms also apply to your use of their services, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes.
6. Data protection and confidentiality
- We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and, for Customer data, under a data processing agreement.
- Both parties will keep the other's confidential information confidential.
- We use Google user data only as permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
7. Fees
Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in the Customer's order or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance and exclude VAT.
8. Intellectual property
The Customer keeps all rights in its data and in the output produced for it. We keep all rights in our software, configurations, methods and know-how, and grant the Customer the right to use the service during the term.
9. Warranties and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, it is provided "as is", without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Term and termination
Either party may end the service with 30 days' written notice, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these terms and doesn't fix it within 14 days. When the service ends, we disconnect integrations and delete Customer data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be settled by the courts of Stockholm.
